1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by mwin5 ("Platform"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you access or use the Platform, register an account, or place any wager or financial transaction through the Platform.

By continuing to use the mwin5 Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the use of online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction, and that you fully accept all terms set out in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Betting Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

2Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use mwin5 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Is an individual registering solely in their own name and not on behalf of any third party;
• Is not currently prohibited from using any online betting platform by any court, regulatory body, or other agreement;
• Does not have any other active or previously suspended mwin5 accounts;

Mwin5 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. The KYC process requires you to submit valid identification documents such as a Malaysian identity card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated period may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one mwin5 account. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without any notice.

3User Account Management

4Depositing and Withdrawing Funds

Mwin5 supports a variety of payment methods including local bank transfers, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and digital assets. All payment methods used must be registered under the same member's name as the mwin5 account to ensure security and compliance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Digital wallets (TNG, GrabPay, DuitNow): within 3–15 minutes;
• Local bank transfer: within 15–60 minutes on business days;

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover Requirements

Mwin5 offers a wide range of promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and special promotions tied to major sporting events. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions that must be met before any bonus can be converted to cash.

The general terms applicable to all mwin5 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn before the stated rollover requirements have been met;

• Only settled bets (not voided or returned) count towards rollover requirements;

Mwin5 reserves the right to void or revise wagers under the following circumstances:

• There is a manifest error in the odds or event information (e.g., clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical disruption);
• The event has been postponed, cancelled, or not completed in accordance with the stipulated rules;
• There is confirmed evidence of match manipulation or fraud as verified by the relevant sports authority;
• Wagers placed after the actual outcome of an event has been publicly known (late betting).

For live Sports Betting, odds are updated in real time and mwin5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend markets during critical moments of a match. Wagers successfully accepted before a market suspension are valid and will be settled according to the actual result.

7User Responsibilities and Prohibitions

As a mwin5 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which are considered serious violations of the terms of use:

• Registering more than one account per individual or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Sharing login credentials, selling, transferring, or renting your account to any other party;
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors for personal gain;
• Placing bets using illegally obtained funds or engaging in money laundering through the Platform;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location in order to bypass geo-restrictions;
• Spreading false or misleading information about mwin5 to other users or the general public.

Mwin5 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates around the clock. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and if confirmed, the relevant account will be suspended immediately without prior notice while the investigation is conducted.

8Privacy and Data Protection

To the extent permitted by law, mwin5 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of your own wagering decisions;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform;
• Service disruptions due to factors beyond our control (force majeure);
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment providers and game suppliers;
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account information.

Mwin5's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions
